Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- Loss in Mail: If your order is confirmed as lost during shipping, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

- We take photos of every order before shipping to ensure accuracy and quality. These photos are available as proof to verify the condition and contents of your order at the time of dispatch.
- We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer or for delays caused by the carrier.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, you may opt for store credit or a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
• Reporting Window: Any damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item to qualify for a replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
• Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process typically takes 2-5 business days from the date we receive the return.
• Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for returned items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error.
• Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees and any custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as there may be processing delays. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

- Custom or personalized orders (items made to order or specifically customized for you)
- Gift Card Purchases
- Sale or Clearance Items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)
- Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable.

- If the item arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a full refund or replacement, even for items that would normally be non-refundable.
- If there is a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange.
