Domestic Shipping Policy


We aim to provide a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers. Please review the following shipping details:

• All items are made to order, and we strive to process and dispatch your order within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Times

• Domestic Shipping: Delivery within United States typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.

• International Shipping: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, ranging from 7-21 business days depending on customs and local postal services.

• Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.


3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

• Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping fees.


4. Shipping Carriers

• We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery. Tracking information will be provided when available.

• If you do not receive your tracking details, please reach out to us, and we’ll provide assistance.


5. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance. However, we are committed to assisting you in tracking your package to the best of our ability.

Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer under our control. For any issues, including LOST , DAMAGED, or MISSING PACKAGES. You must contact the CARRIER directly. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for such occurrences, and no refunds will be issued in these cases.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address

• Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees to re-send the item.


7. Unclaimed Packages

• Packages that are unclaimed or refused upon delivery may be returned to us. If you wish to have the package re-sent, additional shipping fees will apply.


8. Damaged Items in Transit

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and a description of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue with either a replacement or refund.

All orders are processed within 24hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance or unforeseen postal issues in the destination country.

International Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country once a shipment arrives.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Refused or Returned Packages

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect address details provided by the customer, any incurred shipping and return fees will be deducted from the refund.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take several days to appear as international shipments pass through customs and transit checkpoints.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international couriers. However, if your package appears lost or hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at info@stylecraftcollectives.com and we’ll assist you in tracking it down.
